We paid $250 to stay in a room that had loud music above it and we were inconvenienced no matter which way you look at it – either changing rooms or suffering through the noise that did not stop until 2 AM when we were quoted 1 AM.
Managers Paul and Nick were of NO help, only offering to move us in the middle of the night to another room – totally unacceptable, as well as offering us a late check out – still not good enough. I called the front desk two times to complain and complained when I checked out the next morning and got NO WHERE. Above our heads (we were staying on the 12th floor) was a BOOMING club, so loud the bass vibrated the walls and the lyrics were coming through them – and we were never forewarned about this. When we were ready to retire around 11 PM, that is when the trip turned sour. Never consider staying at the Pechanga for the following reasons: We went there to see a concert which was wonderful, ate at their buffet which is great if you like crab, and bought some things in their nice gift shop.
