During this time ATC worked closely with the State of California Gaming Commission and authored California’s first Indian Gaming QC Program, Testing Procedures and Approval Criteria which has now been adopted for all Indian Gaming projects. Since 1995 ATC has served as the tribes construction/field engineers overseeing the quality control program and construction testing and deputy inspection operations.
